A massive amount of funding intended for the homeless in Los Angeles has been stolen.
Miraz.TV reports that Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents have arrested two suspects in connection with the case.
Details of the Investigation
One suspect allegedly accepted bribes to help individuals obtain aid, even using the identities of deceased persons to process the claims. The second suspect misappropriated $118 million in government funds earmarked for the homeless.
Remarkably, this individual reportedly spent the stolen money on nightclubs and entertainment.
