For example, US leader Donald Trump told journalists that last month Russia lost 25,000 people in its war against Ukraine, and the month before that, another 32,000 people.
“97% of them are military personnel. But regardless of whether they are military or civilian, just imagine: 32,000. Two months ago 33,000 people, and this month 25,000 people died. What a terrible tragedy,” the US President continued.
Trump also emphasized the importance of ending the war as soon as possible.
“I have spoken a lot with Zelenskyy; he is making concessions, and Putin is as well. And one day I hope that in the near future, perhaps before the harsh winter sets in, they will reach an agreement,” the American leader stated.
