U.S. President Donald Trump will attend a science summit on artificial intelligence at the White House on Thursday.
Miraz.TV reports that the summit will discuss ways to use “superintelligence” to accelerate scientific discoveries and strengthen U.S. leadership in the field.
More than $1 billion in commitments expected under Genesis Mission
Under the U.S. administration’s “Genesis Mission” initiative, technology companies are expected to announce more than $1 billion in financial commitments. Companies including AMD, OpenAI, and Anthropic will join the initiative.
New computing center across 10 southeastern states
In addition, the creation of a new computing center that will unite 14 institutions across 10 states in the southeastern United States will be announced.
