Seven OPEC+ member countries implementing voluntary production cuts—Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Oman, and Algeria—have agreed to keep their existing crude oil production quotas unchanged for November.

The announcement was confirmed in an official statement released by OPEC.

Daily Output Quotas by Country

Under the agreement, daily oil production quotas for November 2026 will remain at the following levels:

  • Saudi Arabia: 10.478 million barrels per day
  • Russia: 9.949 million barrels per day
  • Iraq: 4.431 million barrels per day
  • Kuwait: 2.676 million barrels per day
  • Kazakhstan: 1.628 million barrels per day
  • Algeria: 1.007 million barrels per day
  • Oman: 841,000 barrels per day

These output targets match the quotas established for September and October 2026. The next meeting of the alliance is scheduled to take place on November 1.
