Google has launched a new artificial intelligence model named Gemini 4 Argon.

Bloomberg reported this development.

According to the publication, the model is designed to handle complex, multi-step tasks in areas such as programming, financial analysis, law, cybersecurity, and scientific research.

The new model has become available via API to developers and enterprise clients in various countries. Users of the Google AI Pro and Ultra paid tiers can also utilize it within the company application and the Antigravity environment.

In the initial stage, API usage costs $2 per 1 million input tokens and $10 per output token. However, prices are planned to double starting December 1 of the current year.

According to company representatives, the implementation of the Argon model has significantly optimized the workflow of internal programming teams.

Specifically, using the new model increased the volume of submitted program code by more than 35 percent and reduced rollbacks to previous versions by approximately one-third.
