Charlie Kirk legacy: Hollyhand’s 10-Campus TPUSA Tour

Following Charlie Kirk’s recent shooting death, 19-year-old Brilyn Hollyhand announced a multi-state university tour sponsored by Turning Point USA to continue the conservative leader’s work and the Charlie Kirk legacy.

Hollyhand Announces ‘One Conversation at a Time’ Tour

Brilyn Hollyhand, a podcast host and author, is partnering with the organization Kirk founded to engage young conservative voters. “So to continue Charlie’s life and legacy, I am honored to announce that I’m partnering with Turning Point USA to launch the one conversation at a time tour,” Hollyhand said.

The One Conversation at a Time” tour will include stops at 10 college campuses this semester across the southeast, including Florida, South Carolina, and Mississippi. The stated goal is to be “bolder and louder than ever before.

Continuing the Charlie Kirk Legacy

Hollyhand, who first met Kirk when he was in fourth grade, acknowledged the difficulty of following the 31-year-old leader. “Charlie has really large shoes to fill… he genuinely inspired a generation,” Hollyhand stated, adding that while they can’t replicate Kirk, they “can carry the torch for him.

Kirk gained national prominence for engaging young people, often sitting for hours at a “Prove Me Wrong” table to debate students. His approach was seen as a “welcome breath of fresh air” for many Republicans on college campuses at a time the party struggled to attract younger demographics.

A Movement, Not Just a Man

Hollyhand emphasized his belief that recent events should inspire action rather than silence. “If we’ve learned anything in the last week, it’s that you can kill a man, but you cannot kill a movement,” he said.

The purpose of the Brilyn Hollyhand Turning Point USA tour is to foster face-to-face dialogue and debate. “We’re not going to be silenced,” Hollyhand explained. “And more than ever before, we have to make America talk again — and that starts on college campuses.

Brilyn Hollyhand Security Threats Increase

Since Kirk’s killing, Brilyn Hollyhand security threats have “skyrocketed,” requiring him to have a security detail escort him to his classes. Some threats were “explicitly mentioning [my] walks to classes,” he noted.

The 19-year-old college freshman admitted he briefly considered stepping away from politics. “I thought, ‘What if I just stop, or if I just put down the microphone?’” he said.

Despite the risks, Hollyhand affirmed his commitment to continuing his work. “But Charlie would not want us to cower, and he would want us to be louder than ever,” he stated.
